They are mainly applied in two core fields: production process monitoring and environmental protection compliance.

Typical Application Scenarios
01 Circulating Water
Industrial cooling circulating water systems are generally equipped with automatic chemical dosing systems to ensure that the water's chemical indicators meet the requirements of the production process.
Mainly installed analyzers: pH Analyzer, Turbidity Analyzer, Conductivity Analyzer, Chloride Ion Analyzer, etc.

02 Demineralized Water
The purpose of demineralized water treatment is to remove salt impurities from water, so as to obtain pure water or ultrapure water.
Mainly installed analyzers: pH Analyzer, Conductivity Analyzer, Silicate Analyzer.

03 Condensate Water
Condensate water refers to the water generated when steam loses heat and condenses into a liquid state.
Mainly installed analyzers: Silicate Analyzer, Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer, Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) Analyzer.

04 Sewage Water
● For rainwater and general sewage: Key indicators include pH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and Ammonia Nitrogen.
● For oily sewage: The primary monitoring indicator is turbidity (equipped with Turbidity Analyzer).
● For aerobic tanks and anaerobic tanks: Mainly monitored indicators are pH and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) (equipped with pH Analyzer and Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer).
● Other monitored indicators: Silicon Dioxide (SiO₂), Oil in Water, etc.

05 Boiler Water
The quality of boiler water directly affects the safe operation of boilers.
Mainly monitored indicators: pH, Conductivity, Chloride Ion, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) (equipped with corresponding specialized analyzers).

06 Purified Water
Purified water refers to water that has undergone specific processes to remove or reduce impurities, microorganisms, and other harmful substances.
Mainly measured indicators: pH, Ammonia Nitrogen, etc. (equipped with pH Analyzer and Ammonia Nitrogen Analyzer).

07 Quench Water
Quench water is a critical medium used in industrial processes for rapid cooling and regulating system stability.
Mainly monitored indicator: pH (equipped with pH Analyzer).

08 Neutralized Water
Neutralized water refers to treated wastewater or rainwater that can be reused as non-potable water.
Mainly monitored indicator: pH (equipped with pH Analyzer).

09 Domestic Water
Domestic water can be tap water, or treated river water, or water treated by reverse osmosis systems.
Mainly monitored indicator: pH (equipped with pH Analyzer).

10 Saturated Steam
Excessively high conductivity of saturated steam will lead to equipment insulation failure, increasing equipment failure rates and maintenance costs.
Mainly monitored indicator: Conductivity (equipped with Conductivity Analyzer).
